The Vorsehen team spent many years fully researching and exploring Europe to identify the perfect kitchen manufacturer for us to partner with…and that detailed search led us to one of the top German kitchen brands. German kitchens are known for their high quality, bespoke kitchens, with a broad range of styles and finishes to meet different budgets. This includes over 31 different kitchen furniture ranges in handled and handleless variations, as well as on-trend décors and colours which are refreshed every year with new products. We can also offer many specialist doors such as concrete effect, or Anti-fingerprint doors in low price groups, making these desirable finishes more accessible to a wider market.
Customer Care and Guarantee
Another reason we favour our choice of German kitchen brand is that their customer care is second to none and they have the infrastructure in place to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise. This includes a 24-hour ‘parts’ hub in Manchester, which means we can typically obtain replacement parts required in 1-2 days, compared with the 6–10 week lead time of other German manufacturers. All furniture is delivered directly from the manufacturer which means they have excellent transport processes. Finally, every one of our products is tested rigorously at our factories to overly exceed the strict European testing standards set out for furniture. Our products were the first in the world to join the DGM climate agreement, as well as bearing the Blauer Engel badge and being PEFC certified. This ensures that our products are designed with the environment in mind and that any naturally sourced materials are done so ethically.
Our luxury kitchen showroom in Fife is easy to find on the East Field Industrial Estate, where you’ll find plenty of free car parking right outside. We are pram and wheelchair accessible, and as a family-run business we are most definitely a family-friendly and relaxed setting; in fact, you can even bring your dog if you like!
