Step 1: Get in Touch
Our process starts with a conversation. Whether you prefer to call us, send an email, or pop into our showroom. We will be ready and happy to help with anything you need. You can also start designing your dream kitchen from the comfort of your home with our “Plan at Home” page. Get inspiration and unleash your creativity and explore endless design possibilities. Once you’re happy with your design, simply send us your plans for a free, no-obligation quote.
Step 2: Initial Meeting
During our first meeting, we aim to understand your vision, requirements, and design preferences. This can either take place in our showroom or, we can arrange to pop out to your address to measure up and take notes on your space. We always aim to build from a strong foundation based on your style, needs, and budget.
Step 3: Design Meetings
After gathering all the information we need; we can begin creating designs based on you and your specifications. During this time, we will communicate over your initial designs and invite you to our showroom to present your designs using specialised design software, allowing you to visualize the space before making any commitments. We can then help guide you through our samples, suggestions, and adjustments in person until you are happy with everything in your designs.
Step 4: Pre-Survey
Once you are ready to proceed, we will organise a time that suits to go through your final designs and make sure everything fits in place as intended. During this we will take precise measurements, and assess any potential challenges. If you are in the process of a new build, extension, or any other contracted work, we will also collaborate with your contractors to ensure all the technical details are covered, such as plumbing, electrical work, and final sizes. This ensures everything is in place before production begins, preventing unexpected issues later.
Step 5: Ordering
Now that all your details are finalised and our pre-survey has been completed, we can then proceed with ordering your furniture items. We then will collaborate with our German supplier to ensure your furniture is crafted exactly to your specifications. During this stage, we will keep in touch with you and any contractors with estimated delivery dates given once production begins, and we will keep you updated throughout this entire process to make sure everything aligns with your schedule.
Step 6: Installation
When your furniture arrives, we will arrange a delivery day and time that best suits your project and space. For customers using their own fitters, we supply detailed plans, fitting instructions, and support to ensure your contractors have everything they need for a smooth and precise fit. If you choose to use our own fitting team, we will take care of the entire process from start to finish, ensuring we deliver an experience that exceeds expectations.
